Service Description

We gather in depth information about your medical history, current health issues and priorities. We will also take record of any current pharmaceutical medication and if any, past pathology so please have past records available or send before the appointment. We will also discuss your particular health goals, dietary and lifestyle habits. We will gather this information to gain understanding of what may be happening in your body on a physical, emotional and biological level. Further pathology may be required to understand your condition. After the consult you will be sent an individualised treatment plan and if required a prescription.  Testing may need to be ordered to understand your case further.
